More Halloween!

Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween from our little fairy Brooke.

We had a very busy day today. It started out with going to our first music class. Brooke loved it! We banged sticks together, played drums, sang songs, and played with scarfs!

We then went to a Halloween party with our playgroup and all the little kids were dressed up! Way too cute. Hopefully I'll get a copy of a picture of all of us and post it later!

Then we went to the Boulder Police Department to visit Nana and go trick or treating with cousin Calvin, and then met up with Grandma Anita to go to her work.

Finally we made it home to pass out candy!

Playing in the Leaves

Fall is here and with it comes piles of fun leaves to play in!

Pumpkin Patch and Petting Zoo.

We went to the pumpkin patch this week. The weather was beautiful! Brooke who normally loves animals was more interested in pushing our neighbor Jayden's stroller rather than enjoying the animals!

Free Pumpkins!

Last week they were giving away free pumpkins at the park near our house. So Grandma Anita, Brooke, Alison and I headed over there.. Brooke can't turn down a free pumpkin!

Grooming Juno

Juno was in bad need of being groomed. So Aunt Shine came over to bathe her, brush her out and give her a haircut and blow dry. Brooke was very helpful as I'm sure you can imagine!

First Tooth!

Brooke has not being sleeping well this week.. in fact she woke up crying so hard twice this week that she threw up! Quite Gross! She also has a runny nose that just won't stop! Quite Gross too!

Well.. this morning we found out why.. Brooke FINALLY has her first tooth! Only took her 13 1/2 months. She has her top left tooth that you can see and feel coming through! YAY!!!!!!

Yesterday we took Brooke to the circus for the first time! We went with her friend Sawyer. Sawyer really enjoyed the snacks, but Brooke LOVED the circus! She was so excited! She was clapping and yelling and bouncing up and down.

She really liked the animals the best and got super excited for the Elephants.

This is how she looked at the end of the circus after all the excitement. Chocolate Graham cracker all over and all. She actually never got crabby, but fell asleep right away in the car.

Brooke was 13 months old yesterday!

Here is a little video of Brooke. She is walking, going down stairs, talking and making animal sounds! She is growing up so fast!

Royal Gorge

I just wanted to post another picture from the Royal Gorge so you could see how pretty our ride on the train was.

Royal Gorge Train

Yesterday we drove to Canon City with Jen and her mom Rhonda. Once there we took the Royal Gorge Train. Brooke was so well behaved despite the lack of naps. She was great!

She "oooo'd" in the fun and pretty spots and she covered her ears when we went downhill and the brakes were loud. We had a great time!

Lone Tree Art Museum

On Thursday we went to the Lone Tree Art Museum and they had a sculpture park outside that Brooke loved!

This is Brooke on one of the sculptures which was a horse saddle. The one below is my favorite sculpture!
