Due Date.. Come and Gone..
Well today was my official Due Date. I still have a small child in my belly though. I have been doing all sorts of things that I have read can start labor, including Matt and I walking a couple of miles every night. Maybe it will happen tonight.. I guess there is still a chance, but I don't think she'll actually be born tonight even if labor starts!
We went to the doctor last Monday, and I was still dialated the same amount (1cm) as the week previous, as well as I was still only effaced 50%. So I had made no progress in previous week. We go back to the doctor next Tuesday if I haven't had Brooke by then. They will also schedule me for inducement at that point, which will most likely be on 9/7/07.
I'll keep everyone posted! Keep sending good vibes of contractions to me!

We're flying out there this afternoon so keep me posted! I'll try to give you a call sometime tomorrow once we get settled in at our hotel in Boulder to see how you're doing!
We know you are ready for the baby to come, but we are glad that you still have her in you...gives us a chance to get our present to you on time ;) Good luck with the labor...we hope that it is quick and painless.
